PKK Makassar Encourages Creativity in Local Fashion Businesses

Head of TP PKK Makassar City Indira Yusuf Ismail encourages the development of creativity for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This is aimed at local fashion MSMEs so they can compete with foreign products.

“The difference between the quality of local and foreign fashion is very thin. There is a lot of quality local fashion. That’s why we encourage the creativity of local fashion MSMEs so they can compete,” she explained when inaugurating our Muslimah fashion boutique in Makassar (02/06/2023)

Reporting from Antaranews.com, Indira appreciated the owner of the KAMI boutique. She hopes that there will be more fashion boutiques in Makassar. So that Makassar young people can creatively build local fashion MSMEs in their own city.

“With the range of local brands present, we hope brands like this can dominate the city through the creativity of our young people,” Indira added.

Meanwhile, the owners of the KAMI Boutique, consisting of Istafiana Candarini, Afina Candarini, and Nadia Karina, also conveyed their messages. They thanked Indira for taking the time to be present in the midst of their busy activities.

“We thank you for your presence. Hopefully the presence of our store can be happy news,” explained Istafiana.

After the inauguration of the boutique, Istafiana took Indira on a tour to see the collection of dresses and hijabs. Not only that, visitors who attended also came to the store in turn. Some of them were shopping, and others taking photos with Indira.
