Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel orders before they are shipped. Go to your order page and click the cancel button. Cancellations after shipping require seller approval.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Take photos immediately and contact the seller through your order page. Most sellers will offer a replacement or refund for damaged items.
How long do I have to confirm receipt?
You typically have 7 days after delivery to confirm receipt. If you don't confirm, the system will auto-confirm, and payment will be released to the seller.
